Flying Samaritans 2013-2014 Officer Applications – Due April 27th

Hello Sams!

Have you been interested in a leadership role in the Flying Samaritans?  Want to take more initiative about what you’re passionate about while playing an integral part in running your favorite clinic?  Well now is your opportunity!  We are currently holding our 2013-2014 Officer Elections for officer positions on our executive board!

All you need to do is meet the requirements and follow this timeline to successfully submit your application:

¤ Application available: March 25th

¤ Application due: April 27th (Sat of 4th week)

¤ Applicant Interviews: May 4th (Sat of 5th week)

¤ Training/turnover for New Officers: The rest of the quarter
¨We are looking for:

¤ Commitment – both past (clinic points, volunteering, etc.) and future

¤ Sincerity

¤ Passion

¤ Experience, ideas, and initiative

Applicants will be contacted week 5 of this quarter for interviews, and interviews will take place Saturday, May 4th.  Applicants who are selected to become officers after interviews will be notified by May 5th and are expected to be available to come to officer meetings (typically every other Sunday night) and training the rest of the quarter.
