We are planning our first women’s health clinic and will be holding a donation drive for feminine care products to donate to the patients. More specifically, we are asking for monetary donations in order to purchase pads and tampons. In exchange for a $6 donation, you will receive a clinic point. The reason we are asking for a monetary donation is because there is so much variability in feminine care products that this is the most efficient way to standardize what we distribute to our patients.
If you would like to donate, please email the clinic coordinator account with your name and PID (as it appears on your CPM account) stating so. From there, a ClinicCoordinator will email you back confirming your desire to donate. After receiving confirmation, you may Venmo the FS account and the CC will give you your clinicpoints. If you would prefer a cash donation, please specify this in your email and we can coordinate a time to collect the donation.

We were able to put together 13 baskets to donate to veterans in need and their families through the United Service Organization – San Diego! We will be dropping the baskets off this Thursday, 3/16. Thank you to everyone who donated/participated!
The public health committee is going to be partnering with the Help the Homeless organization here in San Diego. We will be bring donations to distribute the day of the event (Saturday, April 7th). If you would like to donate food (non-perishable), clothes or backpacks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

We’re super excited to announce we’ll be having a Donation Day at Shake Shack at UTC mall! It’s all all day event and all you have to do is show them your flyer or mention that you’re there for the fundraiser, and 25% of the proceed will go to support our clinics! We will be having a fundraiser at Yogurt World on campus. All you have to do is show this flyer at the register to receive 10% off your purchase and 20% will go to Flying Sams.
Right after our last GBM of this quarter on March 5th we will be heading over together, so come on down and get some delicious, sweet fro-yo to help to keep our clinics up and running and at the same time meet our Executive board officers! Now that’s killing two bird with one stone (not literally, of course!). It’s also a great opportunity to make new friends and show your support!
